〈副〉表示比较两方面的利害得失后选取的一面（常带有两害权衡取其轻的意味，多跟上文的“与其”或下文的“也不”相呼应）：与其在这儿等车，～走着去｜他～自己吃点亏，也不愿亏了别人。注意如果舍弃的一面不明显或无须说出，可以单说选取的一面（常常加“的好”，意思等于“最好是…”），如：我们～警惕一点的好。
