鸵鸟政策 (鴕鳥政策)
ostrich policy (sticking one's head in the sand, failing to acknowledge danger)
指回避现实的一种政策。据说鸵鸟被追急的时候,就把头钻进沙土里,认为自己看不见,就不会有危险。该名词最早出现在1891年9月1日英国的《朴尔摩尔新闻》上。
