But mainly for drinking with friends

我其实当时想去拍《马赛克少女》

The reason I decided to be a part of “Mosaic Portrait”

yīn wèi wǒ kàn wán jù běn wǒ gēn dǎo yǎn liáo shuō

因为我看完（剧本）我跟导演聊说

Is that after reading the script

wǒ zuì dà de gǎn shòu jiù shì wǒ men dōu xiǎng tàn jiū zhēn xiāng

我最大的感受就是我们都想探究真相

I talked to the director, saying that both of us wanted the truth

dàn qí shí wǒ men zài tàn jiū zhēn xiāng de guò chéng zhōng

但其实我们在探究真相的过程中

But when we were pursuing the truth

yī zhí zài gěi dāng shì rén yī xiē èr cì shāng hài

一直在给当事人一些二次伤害

We were bringing secondary damage to the party

zǎi xì xiǎng guò

仔细想过

And I really thought about it

gēn qīng nián dǎo yǎn pāi guò qí shí tǐng lèi de

跟青年导演拍过，其实挺累的

I’ve worked with young directors, and that had been exhausting

què shí yě yǒu chéng zhǎng wǒ men jiù yī qǐ chéng zhǎng ba

确实也有成长，我们就一起成长吧

I did learn from the experience, so we can learn together

因为现在真的正儿八经地好好拍的人也不多

Because less and less people are serious about making films

但凡大家想这么拍，我们就要支持

I used to be drunk all the time

And when I’m drunk, I post silly things

In between I participated in some stage plays and two films

My hair and beard is kept this way for the next film

And eating and drinking gets me where I am now physically

我挺高兴的，我挺愿意这样的

I’m happy with myself

马上进组之前，我也会有一段集中的时间

But before starting a new film

又会要减去很多的体重

I will have to lose weight in a short time

Or a reaction from the one you are playing against

曾经有面试过一个片子

I’ve been to an audition

中间有写一个人直接拿个刀把另外一个人的脖子给抹掉了

There was a neck cutting scene

Later at the bank of the Ganges river

其实真的是你上一秒你可能经过的东西

I realized that what you have the last second

xià yī miǎo yòu bèi bié de dōng xī dài zǒu le

下一秒又被别的东西带走了

Could be taken away the next second

妈妈去世之前有没有遗憾

I have no regrets before my mother left

We texted all the time

开诚布公的像朋友一样

We talked frankly like friends

每天能发一长段的那种聊天，互相感谢

We thanked each other, shared really long talks

I thought she knew it

She was feeling her health condition deteriorating

所以基本上我们在离别之前

So before we parted

其实差不多把该说的其实也都说过了

We had everything said

外界对演员的认知是艺人和明星

The public think of actors as entertainers and stars

wǒ jué dé yǎn yuán jiù shì yī gè pǔ tōng de dǎ gōng de

我觉得演员就是一个普通的打工的

But as I see it, actoring is an ordinary job

wú fēi shì wǒ men yòng wǒ men zì jǐ de gǎn shòu hé tǐ yàn

无非是我们用我们自己的感受和体验

We start from our own feeling

rán hòu jiāo dào nà gè jiǎo sè lǐ miàn yòng zuò pǐn gēn dà jiā jiāo liú

然后交到那个角色里面，用作品跟大家交流

Infuse the character with it and communicate through the character

wǒ men shōu zhè xiē qián wǒ men jiù yīng gāi rèn rèn zhēn zhēn dì qù pāi wán xì

我们收这些钱，我们就应该认认真真地去拍完戏

We should really devote ourselves to the play

然后好好地藏起来，然后等到下一个戏再被大家看到

And disappear before the next play

我们藏起来也是我们的工作一部分

To desappear is a part of our job
