Did a lot of physical training

每天大概5点半，我就要起床

I will get up at about 5:30 every day

měi tiān yào qù pǎo bù

每天要去跑步

Going for a run every day

wǒ hái zuò le hěn duō tiào sǎn fāng miàn de xùn liàn

我还做了很多跳伞方面的训练

I also did a lot of training in skydiving

yǐ jí gāo kōng wú yǎng de xùn liàn

以及高空无氧的训练

And high-altitude anaerobic training

第一次去爬珠峰的这个过程中，真的还是挺难的

It was really difficult to climb Mount Everest for the first time
