2011年的时候，我陪我的母亲去取下她佩戴了20多年的节育环

In 2011, I accompanied my mother to take off the birth control ring she had worn for more than 20 years

在手术之后，她出现了大出血的现象

After the operation, she experienced heavy bleeding
