大概煮20-25 分钟左右就可以取出来了

然后把肉片放到饮用水里面清洗一下

然后转中小火慢慢的炖煮25分钟左右

不过我烹调前还是会再洗一下
But I still wash it before cooking

鸡蛋的两端有一边是比较圆一点的

你可以在这边戳一个小孔,这样等一下就会比较好剥蛋壳了
You can poke a small hole here so that it will be easier to peel off the egg shell later

或者是买小图钉来戳也可以

冷水开始煮

zhǔ gǔn hòu dà gài zhǔ fēn zhōng zuǒ yòu wǒ shì zhǔ quán shú dàn xǐ huān chī bàn shú dàn de rén kě yǐ zhǔ fēn miǎo jiù hǎo
煮滚后大概煮7-8分钟左右(我是煮全熟蛋),喜欢吃半熟蛋的人,可以煮5分40秒就好
After boiled, cook for about 7-8 minutes (I’m hard-boiled eggs). Those who like to eat half-boiled eggs can cook for 5 minutes and 40 seconds.

然后放到冰水里面来冲凉
Then put it in ice water to shower

等到蛋已经回到常温,就可以开始剥蛋壳了
When the egg has returned to normal temperature, you can start peeling the shell

我通常会从两端开始剥蛋壳

像这样静置1小时左右就可以吃了
