Treaty of Tianjin of 1858, a sequence of unequal treaties 不平等條約|不平等条约 between Russia, USA, England, France and Qing China
第二次鸦片战争期间英、法、美、俄分别强迫清政府签订的不平等条约。1858年6月在天津签订。主要内容为增开汉口、九江、南京等十处为通商口岸；外国军舰和商船可到内河自由航行；外国人可到内地游历、通商，传教士可入内地传教；外国可派公使进驻北京，并在通商口岸设领事官。英、法两国还得到巨额赔款。条约签订后，英法联军退出天津。
