地点、对象和方法：选择苏州市医院、学校、工厂的离退休人员及部分苏州干休所的离退休军人共167名，男86名，女81名为研究对象。

SETTING and PARTICIPANTS: a total of 167 elderly Chinese (86 males and 81 females), were selected from retirees of hospitals, schools, factories and retired soldiers of Suzhou Cadres Sanatorium.
