滞胀 (滯脹)
stagflation (i.e. simultaneous inflation and stagnation)
经济停滞和通货膨胀并存的现象。在通常情况下,经济危机时,商品积压,物价下跌;经济繁荣时,商品畅销,物价上涨。第二次世界大战后,西方国家利用财政、税收、货币等杠杆对经济进行干预和调控,使经济危机的表现形式发生变化,出现滞胀”现象在经济增长缓慢或停滞、失业大量增加的同时,通货膨胀加剧、物价持续上升。
