目前是安排八道菜
And our current design is eight course meal
měi cì shì sān gè bù yī yàng de zhǎng bèi zuò cài gěi dà jiā chī
每次是三个不壹样的长辈做菜给大家吃
Each time three different chefs will cook
wǒ men jiù bǎ tā men de cài pīn còu zài yī qǐ
我们就把他们的菜拼凑在壹起
And what we do is combining their dishes
rán hòu huì ràng zhěng gè cān lǐ miàn shì yǒu tāng yǒu zhǔ shí yǒu cài yě yǒu ròu
然后会让整个餐里面是有汤、有主食,有菜也有肉
To make a full course with soup, staple food, vegetables and meat

Before coming here, they go to markets

They have their authorized dealers for meat and vegetable

They love buying food from them

买完菜以后,他们提前四到五个小时就先来到现场开始做
Then they go to the restaurant and start preparing for the meal

最远的有时候就会坐火车来
Some have to take a train to get here
