犯了罪并被判了刑的少年。在我国，少年犯的年龄为已满十四岁不满十八岁。少年在生理和智力上尚未完全成熟，辨别是非和控制自己行为的能力较差，容易接受外界的不良影响和引诱，因此我国刑法规定，对少年犯应当从轻或者减轻处罚。我国专设未成年犯管教所，对他们执行刑罚。
