烟火 (煙火)

①炊烟。借指住户人家狗吠鸡鸣,烟火稠密。②犹烽火。边境有入侵北边又起烟火。③指熟食不食人间烟火。④指后代继承者四时祭扫,烟火不绝。⑤也作焰火”。烟火剂燃放时所发出的各种颜色的火花,有时即指烟火剂本身。有平地小烟火和空中大烟火两类。一般系包扎品,内装药剂。点燃后烟火喷射,呈各种颜色,并幻成各种景象。始于宋代。今又称礼花”,为节日所常用。
