得寸进尺 (得寸進尺)
lit. win an inch, want a foot (idiom); fig. not satisfied with small gains / give him an inch, and he'll want a mile
After getting an inch, I want to get another foot / It is a metaphor for lack of greed, with small ones and big ones
得了一寸,还想再进一尺。比喻贪心不足,有了小的,又要大的。
